Are you in search of a comfortable and safe accomodation during your stay in Vodice? You like friendly surroudings and you are not a fan of hotels? Then, our apartments and the family house, which is in the heart of Vodice, at about 15 minutes of walking distance from the beach, near enough to all the attractions, yet far away from the noisy traffic, are at your disposal.
In short
Rocco Villa is a family house situated in a small town of Vodice, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, Croatia. It is a modernly built house, and we have been renting the apartments for a couple of years now. Currently, there are 6 apartments: 2 studio apartments, 2 standard apartments and 2 comfort apartments, at your disposal. The furniture, home appliances and the interior in the apartments are new and modern.
To put it plainly, studio apartments are for 2 persons, standard apartments would be more suitable for parents with one or two kids, while comfort apartment offers extra space and, with the sofa in the living room, can accommodate up to 6 persons. Also, you do not have to worry about blankets, sheets or dishes, because every apartment is already furnished with it. A little bit about Vodice
Vodice is a small vivid touristic town (about 6000 residents) with all the attractions you desire, yet the house is in a quiet street where you can relax and enjoy your peace after a hot and noisy day at the beach.
The distances
When it comes to the distances, the house is at about 550m from the old town, the heart of Vodice, and 650m from the sea and the marine. LIDL is about 900m away and the nearest restaurant at about 250m. There are two beaches in Vodice: the Blue beach and the Vruje/Hangar/Olympia beach, which are in opposite directions, and the house is at about 15 minutes of walking distance (circa 950 – 1100m), or 3-5minutes by car, from each. It all depends upon the numerous curvy and narrow streets you choose to take.
