Our family house / apartments are open to guests during the summer season. There is also an option to rent the apartments outside the summer season, yet in that case we rent it only for longer periods of time (a month or more).
Our summer season will open on 01.06.2021. and last up to 01.10.2021.
When it comes to prices, it all depends on the period you are interested in:
OUT OF SEASON PERIOD (01.06. – 21.06.2021.)
PRESEASON PERIOD (21.06. – 12.07.2021.)
HIGH SEASON PERIOD (12.07. – 01.09.2021.)
POSTSEASON PERIOD (01.09. – 01.10.2021.)
The PRICES you can see in other sections of our website are for the HIGH SEASON and they are SIGNIFICANTLY lower for other periods. In case You are interested in the period outside the high season, try our online calculator (“check availability”) which will calculate and show the costs, or send us an email and we will gladly tell You everything You want to know.
Also, for reservations made three (3) or more months prior to arrival in Vodice, You obtain extra discount 15 – 20 % on each apartment, or if You intend to stay for longer period of time You can get free nights, but please bear in mind that our online calculator does NOT show this discount. Therefore, we strongly suggest You to send us an email and ask for an official offer.
For every reservation our guests make down payments (the advance money) in the total amount of only 15 – 20%.
